What if I have a problem with my order?

We want you to be satisfied with every aspect of your experience with Nocturnal Imports. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we would love to hear from you.

Merchandise damaged in shipping

It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Nocturnal Imports. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know! We can replace your wine, issue you a an account credit or process a refund for your damaged items.

Incorrect or missing items

Although it is rare, if we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you! In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may ask you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order or an account credit.

Returning an unwanted order

We are happy to assist with any returns for items purchased that you no longer want or need. Please let us know and we will arrange for the return and issue you a Nocturnal Imports account credit or refund for your returned items, less the return shipping and handling charges. The choice is yours.

Dissatisfaction with the quality or taste

At Nocturnal Imports, we are proud to offer you some of the world's best wines. We are also happy to help you choose wines and provide recommendations by our experts as well as both customer and professional ratings. While ratings, testimonials and reviews may influence your decision, the ultimate judgment is yours. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with the quality or taste of any wine purchased and we will work with you to resolve it.

Reshipping - How it works

When an order is returned to our warehouse after several delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we are always happy to reship the order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment arrangements.
